Io, che mi preparavo al viaggio per accompagnare l'illustre magistrato Carlo Sarzana di Sant'Ippolito al convegno organizzato dalla ANM napoletana, ove il giurista avrebbe tenuto una sua relazione, ebbi solo il tempo per una rapida scorsa che fu sufficiente solo a farmi notare che "ero stata sostituita" con Giorgio Ciaccio, anche nei rapporti con l'Associazione Magistrati.
